Please note that all E-Gift and Voucher purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the item has been purchased, there is no way to cancel the order as the E-Gift emails are generated automatically for only the customer to use and Santavia admin are not able to cancel this product. Voucher purchases are provided with a unique code that is only given to them, once generated this code can not be cancelled or used by anyone other than the customer.
