Join us on a 5k women's group walking event!

This group walk has been created to bring women together to socialise and create a safe space to talk and destress out in nature! We believe that walking in nature can help support your mindset by reducing anxiety, depression & boosting your mood! Giving your body that well deserved fresh air and grounding your energy to reduce stress, inflammation in the body, improve better sleep quality, promote a sense of calm and promote wellbeing! All things to support normal bodily function!
