Chelsey is the founder and head therapist at Santavia Headspa, an advanced Japanese Headspa sanctuary dedicated to scalp health, holistic wellness, and restorative care.
With a specialised background in Japanese Headspa therapy and formal qualifications in Trichology, Chelsey offers a scientifically grounded and therapeutic approach to treating scalp conditions and promoting healthy hair growth. Her work is deeply rooted in both eastern traditions and western clinical knowledge combining both traditional and modern headspa techniques to bring to you a one of a kind experience.
Beyond her hands-on therapy credentials, Chelsey holds a Second Class Honours Degree in Professional Studies, certificates in Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), & Coaching, and Mentoring. This powerful blend of mind and body disciplines enables her to support not just her clients’ physical wellbeing, but their emotional and mental resilience too. Chelsey has built Santavia around the need for a much needed safe space to support the mental health of others, supporting Santavia clients to rebalance the awareness of their internal selves. Chelsey is also a Trainer & Educator at Santavia with online courses soon to be offered in the highest level of Japanese Headspa Treatments.

Kheyra is one of our highly skilled Advanced Headspa Therapists at Santavia Headspa, known for her gentle approach, clinical knowledge, and calming presence. With a Level 2 Hairdressing qualification and specialist training in Japanese Headspa therapy, Kheyra is expertly equipped to deliver results-driven treatments that promote scalp health, relaxation, and visible hair transformation.
In addition to her hands-on therapy skills, Kheyra holds a Trichology qualification, giving her a deep understanding of the scalp and hair's biological structure, enabling her to tailor treatments that address a wide range of conditions — from dryness and sensitivity to thinning and excess oil production.
What truly sets Kheyra apart is her NVQ certification in Autism, which gives her the insight and sensitivity needed to provide inclusive, neurodiverse-friendly treatments. A qualified Level 2 Hairdresser with a qualification in Trichology, Daniella brings both technical precision and clinical understanding to every treatment. Her expertise allows her to address a range of scalp and hair concerns — from inflammation and buildup to hair thinning and sensitivity — always with a gentle, personalised approach.
