This treatment consists of our facial therapy treatment with a hydro mask and completed with our LED light machine. We have several different Hydro-Jelly face masks for different issues and skin conditions. Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour booking policy. This means that we do not accept bookings less than 48 hours prior to the requested treatment time. Our website is set to ensure bookings are not able to be made within the 48-hour time frame. However, sometimes our system can allow some bookings to go through due to error. If a booking is made and the Santavia website allows this booking to go through and be confirmed, we are happy to provide a full refund for the amount paid. We also advise all clients to read the full cancellation policy before making their booking.
